Description
Black background with orange and pink flowers. Silk fabric. Orange silk lining. V-neck with short ruffle sleeves. 8" below the waist seam. Skirt has bias cut seam, below which is slightly, flared. Front loose panel that ends 6" from skirt hem. Back also has a loose panel that ends in points and is the same length as back skirt.
