Description: This 1956 postcard shows the sign for Korth’s Pirates Lair Marina and Mobile Home Park, located at 169 West Brannan Island Road in Isleton, California. Located at the mouth of the Mokelumne River near State Route 12, Albine and Josephine Korth started renting out boats on their property in 1937, and the family expanded the property into a marina in the early 1950s.
