Description: Intersection of Broadway and South Brand Avenue. There is an empty lot on the corner with a "For Sale" sign on it from the "Rieley Jacke Co". Various trees line both sides of Broadway. A few homes and automobiles can be seen throughout the picture. A pair of street railroad tracks can be seen in the lower part of the picture.
