Mayan men wearing colorful clothing wait in a long line to vote on March 7, 1982. Next to the line there is a trash receptacle labeled "Trash" and "Tourism." Groups of Mayan men started lining up to vote at five in the morning. They were told that they would be killed if they did not vote. Un grupo de hombres mayas en vestimenta colorida esperan en una larga fila para votar el 7 de marzo de 1982. Junto a la línea se observa un recipiente de basura que lee "Basura" y "Turismo". Grupos de hombres mayas comenzaron a formar fila a las cinco de la mañana. Les dijeron que serían asesinados si no votaban.
