Description
"Wyman Fabrics, Sacramento based western jobber and distributor of drapery fabrics, recently opened this $150,000 warehouse, office and showroom building at 3450 Elvas Avenue. The structure has 10,000 square feet of floor space. It was designed and furnished in an early California theme by Wyman G. Smith, Jr., president of the firm, and his wife, Barbara, assisted by William LeNoir, AID. Campbell Construction Company built it. The firm's former address was 4901 Franklin Boulevard"
