Hiestand on their joint efforts to effect greater public safety from aircraft in congested areas. Mrs. Stafford gave Hiestand copy of school board resolution asking tight restriction on test flying as a result of Jan. 31 tragedy in Pacoima where eight died and 73 school children were injured."
