Description: Correspondence from Denis Osborne to Charles Handy congratulating Handy on the CBE. Osborne states that he is especially glad to see this recognition of Handy's worth and the field in which Handy works. He proceeds to indicate that he uses Handy's ideas in training in the public sector, and hopes that if Handy is ever in London, they can meet and exchange ideas. He closes the letter with best wishes to Handy for a great year.
