Photograph was edited for publication purposes Photograph caption dated June 11, 1958 reads, "Joe Provow, 27, left, and Carl Horn, 33, were witnesses when fear-crazed bandit commandeered taxi at Blakeslee avenue and Chandler boulevard to escape."
