Description
A black and white photo of the Penstocks at Las Plumas Plant. Large mountainside with homes on one side and river below. What looks like a tram is on right side (going down the mountainside.) The cluster of more than a dozen buildings are all built on a steep hillside with tall stilt-like supporting posts on the downhill side. The penstock is on the right side of the photo. Inscribed on the backside: "Penstocks Las Plumas Plant, Great Western Power Co. Feb. 10, 1910"; "641".
