Description: A tobacco "plug" cutter of japaned cast iron with red and yellow pin stripping. Cast into the base is the manufacturer's name "Star Tobacco" and cast into the arch of the cutter cover is the word "Star". The base is numbered 5837 and the handle is numbered 3019 and the cutter is numbered 3017, all numbers are molded into the metal. On the base is stamped "Made By Enterprise Mfg. Co. Phila. U.S.A. Pat Jan 20 1885"
