Description: Robert Martell, a gardener, dons an American Nazi uniform to counter-picket members of C.O.R.E. on picket duty at 9th and Spring Streets in front of the California Real Estate Assn. offices. Pickets were to protest CREA's move to recind the Rumford Fair Housing Act. Photo dated: January 4, 1963.
