Description
Construction work continues on Moore Hall (left), then called the Education building at U.C.L.A. This building was designed by architect George W. Kelham, and completed in 1930. In the background stands the library, now know as the Lawrence Clark Powell Library, built 1927-29 and also designed by architect George W. Kelham.
