"Bernd Steiner"--artist's signature reproduced in image, lower right corner. 'Wilhm. Jöntzen, Bremen"--below image lower right corner, small print. Date is derived from the New York skyline, and Cobh in Ireland is still Queenstown, the name reverted to Cobh in 1922.
