Description
In the background is the Conservatory of Music on the campus of the University of the Pacific. The Conservatory of Music opened in 1890. The building contained a 1,000-seat auditorium as well as faculty offices and student practice rooms. The University of the Pacific was located in the College Park area of San Jose. The university moved to Stockton in 1925. The campus was later acquired by Bellarmine Preparatory School.
