Description
State Capitol at night, trimmed with electric lights on front of building and surrounding trees. Lighted banner over entrance says, "Morse, Franklin, Edison." The Electric Light Festival (or Carnival of Lights) celebrated the transmission of hydroelectric power 22 miles from Folsom to Sacramento.
