Description
Photograph shows Ruth Campbell and brother, George in baby carriage. The identification was given by Ruth Hitchcock - however, Ruth Campbell (1892-1946) was actually two years younger than George (1890-1965) so quite probably the older girl may be Edith Campbell (1882-1968) which would date the picture in 1890.
