Photographic portrait of C.C. Brown, a pioneer of Pasadena, after 1882. He can be seen from the chest up with his head turned slightly to the left. He is wearing a dark bow tie, a light-colored shirt, a buttoned-up vest, and a horse-tooth jacket. He has a full dark curly beard with a moustache. His short wavy hair is parted up the middle. He originally arrived in Pasadena in 1882.
