Photograph article dated November 15, 1963 partially reads, "Builder George Zahler's new Encino Town House Apartments at 18000-18038 Burbank Blvd., in Encino, are among the most outstanding to be seen anywhere in the Valley...One bedroom units rent at $125; two bedroom units at $150. The Encino Town House development consists of seven structures each containing six or seven apartments...The apartments are designed for comfort with minimum maintenance, and particular emphasis on indoor and outdoor privacy."
