View of adobe ranch house ruins, Rancho Santa Isabel, San Luis Obispo County, located on east bank of the Salinas River, 3 miles south of Paso Robles, ca.1900. At center, a collection of large stones can be seen on a grassy knoll. Behind, trees can be seen surrounding a stretch of chickenwire fence. Photoprint reads: "Santa Isabel was originally a rancho of San Miguel Mission. A large sulphur spring on it supplied water by ditch and flume to Miguel Mission. 9 miles distance".
