Description
Police handcuff two women on sidewalk in front of Belmont High School during disturbance at school. Several police cars are on the street and a man watches the arrests in the background. One woman is a Brown Beret; the other carries a camera and is reported to be a photographer for the Free Press. Photo dated: March 8, 1968.
