Photograph caption dated April 14, 1959 reads, "Scholarship work displayed - Mrs. Max Frankel, 31st District art scholarship chairman, and Ben Wetzel, Fulton principal, examine work of past winners of art scholarships provided by show receipts which have paid for more than 300 summer study grants to Valley secondary art students.
