Photograph caption dated May 4, 1950 reads, "Businessmen line up with lovely girls as Studio City Community Fair and Auto Show gets under way. Opening took place last night. Left to right are Sylvia Ruth Fitch, Chris Reed, Sherri Stromquist, Gwendolyn White, Miss San Fernando Valley; Art Gilmore, radio announcer; Lynn Carver, actress; Pat Gahagan, Donna Burwell and Joan Welin. First three girls on each side are contestants in Studio City queen contest."
