Photograph caption dated July 13, 1956 reads, "Los Angeles' Angels, now in the Pacific Coast League lead, defend this high estate against their nearest rival tonight when they play the Seattle Rainiers in the 'Angels For Youth' game at Wrigley Field. Up front battling the Suds will be Red Adams, who will be on the pitching hill; Gene Mauch, upper right, and George Freese. Mauch and Freese anchor the infield."
