Description
Portable chalking device with three wheels and double handle. Basin was likely filled with chalk from which the separate line-chalker and other chalking devices (2010/007/020-022) could replenish their chalk supply. Chalking basin is caked with layers of dried chalk. Front wheel is metal; back two are of rubber surrounding a metal spoke.
