Photograph caption dated February 16, 1957 reads "Among Valley civic leaders attending open house at new Mental Health clinic were, from left, Mrs. Jeanne Chisholm, Mental Health Services Board; Ed Cox, Board of Public Works; Oliver Stockton and Mrs. William Hirsch, both of Mental Health Services Board, and Councilman Earle D. Baker." The article partially reads "Valley civic and welfare leaders marked a milestone in Valley history during an open house at the new mental health clinic in North Hollywood Health Center."
