Description: Photograph of a black and white architectural rendering of the Valley Village theatre whose construction was delayed by World War II. After the war, one of the main obstacles to construction were attempts to solve the parking problem. The architect is Arthur Froehlich of Beverly Hills. Photo dated January 31, 1951.
