Description
Photograph of a crowd of veterans "Teddy's Terrors" standing in a Santa Ana park, ca.1904. Soldiers of the Spanish-American War who served under Theodore Roosevelt are shown campaigning for him in their cavalry uniforms, some on horseback, others standing. A post-and-rail fence can be seen past them to the left, along with a large villa and commercial shops along the street in the distance. Spectators can be seen on the fringes of the group of soldiers. Legible signs include: "Harnes".
