Excerpt from the Mission San Jose Account Book. List of supplies (including quantity and cost) provided for the Indians who still lived at Mission San Jose after the secularization of the Mission. The diverse list from December of 1837 includes food (sugar, salt, corn, wheat), clothes, dishware, hides, tobacco, bows, spears, silk, silver and notebooks.
