A letter written by an unnamed correspondent, saying that attached, are two copies of further discussion incorporating Modern Industry material. The unnamed correspondent writes that a course that was given to top executives of the communications manufacturing industry, has received wide publicity by the groups taking the course. The unnamed correspondent says that presently, he is trying to obtain copyright clearance from other publishers whose material has also been helpful. The unnamed correspondent writes that he is returning to the States on April 6th, but will arrange the Civil Communications Section to forward two copies of this work. The unnamed correspondent says that in a letter dated 29 November 1949, there was interest in the results that have been, or are being achieved. The unnamed correspondent goes on to say that the first and most important tip is to convince top management of the soundness and validity of the concepts, and the need for action. The letter is handwritten. The unnamed correspondent is probably Charles W. Protzman, Sr. The scans of the backs of page 1 and page 2 were rotated 180 degrees.
