Kenneth Hopper writes Mr. B. Inoue, of Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Ltd., thanking him for his kindness and that of Inoue's colleagues for their offer of assistance to Hopper and his wife. He writes that a copy of his book is enclosed and that he hopes that Japanese managers will find his chapters on European and American management interesting. Hopper says that he would like to give some time to finding out if Japanese companies would like to say anything to his readers through the pages of his book and that he would like to devote any time he has to learning about the Civil Communications Section (CCS). He concludes with his flight information and says that his wife has been attending a Japanese class twice a week.
