Photograph caption dated December 25, 1956 reads, "Santa uses carriage - Jerry E. Auld front yard, above left, 4303 Coldwater Canyon Blvd., North Hollywood, which won second place in Class C division of North Hollywood Junior Chamber of Commerce Christmas Lighting contest, sports renewed 1913 Ford touring car carrying Santa and Yule packages. Residence of David C. S. Kline, above right, 5109 Longridge Ave., Sherman Oaks, finished third in Class C. In its scene, St. Nick used reindeer for transportation, one of which landed in tree.
