Photograph caption dated November 26, 1960 reads "Daily from now until he makes his rounds Christmas Eve, Santa Claus will be on hand all day at Chase and Van Nuys boulevards in Panorama City to talk to the youngsters. Here, Dick Ryan, 3, son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Ryan, 5624 Whitsett Ave., North Hollywood, and Caroline Short, 2, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. F. short, 9812 Mervedes (sic) Ave., Arleta, talk of dreams to St. Nick."
