Interior and exterior views of a house built by the David D. Bohannon Organization in the Hillsdale subdivision. Includes images of the front entryway and patio. According to House Beautiful, this house was decorated in the "Traditional" style. Negatives and transparencies depicting the Pace Setter Houses of 1950 were originally housed in no discernible order within three envelopes labeled, "Bohannon Houses Hillside," "Bohannon Model House, San Mateo," and "Bohannon Houses San Mateo". The items were re-grouped by house as determined by illustrations in House Beautiful during processing. Marion Gough, "A 'Cautious' Pace–Setter," House Beautiful 92, September 1950, 93–99. On p. 102 in "This Year's Three Pace–Setting Kitchens," House Beautiful 92, September 1950, 100–105.
