Signs supporting Upton Sinclair as the Democratic candidate for Governor are on display in an unidentified area in Los Angeles. The sign on the left promotes Sinclair's EPIC plan, the movement he founded to 'End Poverty in California,' based on principles from the national End Poverty, Inc. organization. The sign in the center supports repealing the sales tax, while the sign on the far right lists the times one can listen to Sinclair's radio programs.
