Description
Photograph caption dated January 28, 1963 reads, "Howard Speer, outgoing president of the Canoga Park Chamber of Commerce, passes the gavel to incoming president Clem Ruh during the chamber's annual installation banquet. Other officers installed for 1963 included James Ross, firts [sic] vice president; Harvey Parkinson, second vice president; Glenn Berry, secretary, and Larry Wolf, treasurer."
