Photograph was edited for publication purposes Photograph article dated September 16, 1964 partially reads, "Frank A. Capell, anti-Communist author and lecturer, told an audience of 200 people in Encino that "the reason we are here is because there is a threat in the United States... a threat to our freedom and survival." He called his presentation "unique, because I mention names." Capell went on to list nearly 100 people, most of them high in government circles, who were "intelligence agents for the Communist Party." The list included men and women in the State Department, Defense Department, United Nations and Central Intelligence Agency."
