Frank Claridge, Valley Times plaque awarded him for outstanding duty. Jackson Berger, managing editor of the Valley Times, made presentation during radio broadcast over KGIL." Miller, a motorcycle officer assigned to the Valley, spotted a gang of criminals breaking into cars in his neighborhood. Although off duty, he stopped the men and held them until help arrived.
