Description
Photograph of a view of what appears to be a rally near Frank Putnam Flint Fountain, [s.d.]. In the foreground, several women sit on a platform holding the flags of various nations. Only the women's backs and their coats draped over their chairs are visible. In the middle, a man stand on the platform, surrounded by decorations - he appears to be speaking to the mass of people congregated at the foot of the platform. Numerous trees and brush surround the platform and the people gathered. Behind the fountain, which lies in the background, several large buildings can be seen.
