Home completed in 1892.... sold at sheriff's sale in June 1909 purchased in 1909 by Wm. T. Jeter for Bank of Santa Cruz who held the mortgage on the home. Purchased by Patricia Wilder in 1968. Mrs. Wilder has completely renovated both the inside and outside. There are nine apartments in the home which is now a California Historic site. Notes by John B. Hodgkins.
