Description
Los Angeles circa 1870, 1910, 1960, and 2000, 1995-1996. Metropolitan Transit Authority headquarters building, interior lobby and mezzanine, Gateway Transit Center, Cesar Chavez Avenue at Vignes Street.. A grand look at our sprawling metropolis at different stages of its development. The year 1870, depicted in the large central panel was soon after the arrival of the railroad.
