Description
In this audio recording Peter F. Drucker and John Humble discuss their audio book, “The Drucker/Humble Workshop.” This is the first part of a two-part discussion entitled, “Evaluating Management and Potential.” Humble begins by talking about how people judge others on appearance in a business setting. He discusses how to profile someone who would be good for a new job. Drucker says that a work record is the most important factor in determining performance. He ends the discussion by talking about the ‘Baby Boom’ and young people entering the work force in the 1970s.
