Description
A list of incarcerees and addresses with "houses" and "pipes" and "X mas card" written besides each person. This list presumably is related to letters written by John Victor Carson of the company to incarcerees about the sale of land they once leased and the question whether they own any flumes, pipes or structures on the land. Carson's letters were an attempt to assist incarcerees with property remaining on the land they formerly leased.
