Description: Bill Lee has taken over the Malibar on Pico and installed a completely new policy bidding fair to put this place back on the map. Miss Lisa Alonso and her Tropicaires, experts on the Vibraharp, guitar and drums, are an animated and versatile group as they cut loose each evening in a little hop-fest just a shade breezier than a tropical hurricane. (Note: A racial stereotype is painted on the conga drum.)
