High rise buildings line the street to the right, where a utility pole stands tall in the foreground. Several billboards are pictured at the bottom left, which read "[...] 5th Store", and "Burns the Shoe Man". The house partially visible in the foreground to the left is either under construction or in serious disrepair. Compares to: CHS-7045. Photo shows similar shot during a different time period.
