"Made Rite employee Ken Bakkie demonstrates the Frank-O-Matic for visitors at Thursday's open house at the Sacramento meat processor. Joseph L. Kaeslin, who bought the firm after it closed last summer and started operations in December, said it now has almost 70 employees and a payroll of $1.5 million. Made Rite buys most of its meat fresh from suppliers within 100 miles, Kaeslin said ..."
