Photograph caption dated April 28, 1962 reads "Hawaiian theme will keynote the fun at the San Fernando Valley Youth Foundation Festival for the whole family Friday through Sunday at the Teen Center, 17400 Victory Blvd., Van Nuys. The fifth annual event will feature a teen stage show, presented every other hour during the three-day festivities. Each performance will present a different cast, with a total of 65 acts scheduled.
