Extensive writing on verso of photograph. Pencil handwriting identifies view as St. James Park and dates photograph as 1866. Second set of handwritting identifies photo as "Looking N.E. from Courthouse Dome 1868". Pen writing identifies photo as gift from Isadore Ternier to J.C. Keane, dated San Jose, May 1916. In addition, verso is stamped "Clyde Arbuckle".
