Description
"Nous venons de traverser le Sakeny, au sud de Mandronarivo" ("We have crossed the Sakeny River south of Mandronarivo"). Palankin or filanjana are common mames for such a transport. A tour. Edvin Fagereng was a missionary in Madagascar from 1922-1937 and Madagascar Inland 1940-1960. He married Louise 1907-1962, maiden name Roullot, in France on September 6, 1928.
