Description
1 black and white photographic print; 10.5 x 13.25 in.
Photo taken at former site, 166 Third Avenue. The house, built in in the 1890s, is significant as one of the few remaining orchard houses, as a good example of Queen Anne architecture, and because of its association with Garrett A. Garrettson, one of the wealthiest men in San Diego County.
