Headquarters building of the U.S. Army Sacramento Signal Depot. Photograph shows front and left side of building taken from across the street. The building is surrounded by a wire fence enclosing lawn, trees and a flag pole. One automobile in parking lot on left side of photograph. The new Army Signal Depot installation opened September 24, 1945, having moved from North B Street.
